Wanted to say thanks for the exceptional service your agent Zach Homam provided during my recent home purchase. When I first was connected with Zach I was on my way to the airport in California flying into Alaska on a Friday and unable to reach the agent I had been talking with. Zach answered my call and had a list of homes to show me by Saturday morning, truly amazing service. He listened to what I wanted and was able to check every box on my list. Aurora helped me find and purchase a Turnagain neighborhood house. Purchasing in Turnagain can be extremely challenging at times with low inventory and high competition. The clearest way I can summarize the value TAG Real Estate provided is: there is absolutely no way we would be in our home if it weren't for the legendary customer service we received. Aurora understood our prorities and found us a property that fit everything we sought. We would've never even seen the listing for this property without her. Aurora is a truly excellent realtor. I had sold and purchased 4 homes prior to my recent experience with her; in all cases we had helpful real estate professionals. However, adding the strengths of all of them together would not even equal half of that which we saw in Aurora. We first connected with Aurora at a time of severe need. I was named the personal representative for an estate following the shocking and untimely death of a much loved family member. In that very dark hour, she quickly responded. From our first meeting with her it was apparent that she was a caring, authentic, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. Aurora helped us see optimism where we could not see it, and she marketed the home well. In a very short time we had a great offer and she continued to navigate the contract process with ease. On the eve of closing, the great earthquake of 2018 struck and caused considerable damage to the home. At that point we were ready to "throw in the towel". Aurora put forth notable effort to save the current deal, however, it was not to be. She kindly and patiently helped us understand our options. She helped us locate contractors and engineers to assess the damage - not only at the home she was listing for the estate, but, for our personal home. And Aurora remarketed the home in the best possible way, resulting in competing offers. After settling on a buyer we believed was offering a fair price with plans to turn the damaged house into a loving home again, we moved into a second sales contract process. Aurora navigated the complexities and delays caused by the lender and reconstruction loan issues with grace. She advocated for us whole heartedly and kept us informed; helping reduce the stress of the moment. In the end, we completed the sale and are now able to start moving on with our lives. If it weren’t for Aurora’s expertise, care, support, and tremendous work ethic I do not see how we would have came out of this with any kind
